Hello, You won't have much success with this request I'm afraid. As far as I know there are bounties on xsl converters for docx / HTML / markdown / odt etc. And nobody hunting...
So I guess that free (hard) work on a docx to tw converter will not have much volunteers. Maybe you could look to a routine (or even a macro) inside your word processor to make some of the job : * detect title 2 -> add ## * detect bold -> add '' '' * ...
