If you select all in a word doc and copy and past it into a regular tiddler you will get unformatted text. If you copy and past into ckediter It should retain the formatting but in html.
There are dozens of ways to transfer content via intermediate formats. Even online tools to open most formats and convert these to others one of which should be suitable for tiddlywiki. Making a docx converter is bespoke and of limited value and would need to be maintained. Have a look at words save as or export facilities then drop these files or copy paste the content into tiddlywiki and see what's the best for you. Still not happy try other tools that convert word to other formats, then to tiddlywiki. But why do you want this? Simply to display the document? Re edit it, turn it into tiddlers etc... Because it makes a big difference. There are other tricks but you must explain what you want to achieve rather than asking for a converter which is a solution that's not available and if it were it may not do what you think.
