One more question. I would like to reference a footnote multiple times in
one or more tiddlers. Is it possible to make another data tiddler for
footnotes which I use over and over again and use `<<fnote>>` with that
data tiddler? I'm thinking the syntax would be `<<fnote FOOTNOTENAME
dict"Footnotes">>` where "Footnotes" is a data dictionary tiddler with one
footnote per line, similar to your `<<ref>>` macro.
