Sorry I'm still new to data tiddlers and macros.

In the `<<fnote>>` macro I don't understand what the {{curly braces}} mean. 
Do {{curly braces}} reference the path to a data tiddler? Is the tiddler 
called "glossary"? Is the entry in the data tiddler "glossary" called "CSS"?
