That Fixes it, adding xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg 
<http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNELfeP8DusQQYeh2pIlhzvkUyDTOA>"
 
but only if the tiddler is of type SVG, Otherwise if blank unnecessary.
