Thanks Jeremy, can someone add that to the 5.1.22 release notes? Specific notes like that are more helpful.
The problem here is not my browser. When I put a .webm file in a local copy of TW5.1.22 on my flash drive, the .webm showed fine in Firefox v72. But when I added a .webm file to http://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease/ and tried to view that .webm tiddler, I was shown garbage. So I'm not sure what is going on here.
