Hi Chuck OK I downloaded a webm file from http://dl5.webmfiles.org/big-buck-bunny_trailer.webm <http://dl5.webmfiles.org/big-buck-bunny_trailer.webm> and dragged it into tiddlywiki.com/prerelease <http://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease>, imported the tiddler and viewed it on several different browsers on my Mac and it works as expected in all of them except Safari which doesn’t know how to play webm files.
What OS are you using? Can anyone else duplicate the issue?
