None of these apply, if we're talking about tiddler titles. It is a random 
thing. Usually it works, but 
sometimes it doesn't.

I'm thinking that the relink feature may sometimes fight for control with 
the automatic link creation thing. Then it would
be a matter of timing which one wins.
