The people who come here have already bought in. Often the first we hear of 
them is after they've already used the product for years.

My guess is that there is a 6 to 8 fold loss. That is, for every person 
that gives it a whirl, there's 6 or more people that decide it 
isn't for real because the name doesn't match their expectation of how a 
real product should be.
