Hi Mans Some very nice changes to NoteStorm. So does working on PStorm make you "Rain Mans"? :-)
Feedback: I especially like the right arrow for hiding/showing the sidebar. If you could get the left arrow to match it, it would look nicer. I may just incorporate that feature into NoteStorm in mid-December when I get a little vacation time. Anything to reduce clutter without reducing functionality is a big plus in my book. I also like the backgrounds, which I saw earlier but couldn't access online. Maybe you should have links to examples of each background so we can see them online before downloading the file. I searched for the word "menu" in the search window, and it said that the tiddler menu doesn't exist yet. So it didn't call up MainMenu or anything else. I would say that is a weakness. TW's search has always been a drawing point, and you are weakening it. I also like the no new updates since your last visit. I may use that, translated to Spanish, for another project I am doing. I haven't played yet with the print html thingy, but it looks very promising for the same project. Hmmmm... Might you make PStorm's default colorpalette to be the one you have added, so viewers will distinguish mine from yours more quickly? Separate treeviews for topics and notes seems redundant. What are you thinking the difference to be? Also, why have the Topics and Notes tiddlers visible as the first level of the treeview menu of their respective tabs? Topics and Notes are already mentioned in the names of the tabs, so you are cluttering the treeview screen real estate with an unnecessary first level. Is there a better way to do that? English translation for the newNote popup? Anyway, please take my comments as a compliment to your great improvements to NoteStorm, creating a great new TW in its own right.
