I think we can learn from Zettlr and get idea for Tiddlywiki.

I installed in on Mint, through Virtualbox on Windows 10 and it works 
great!

That's true! It is feature rich in producing academic text (thesis, 
scientific reports, ...)  I like the high quality PDFs it produces.
