Anne-laure Welcome to the community. Tiddlywiki shows missing tiddlers in italics but on your example there is a summary of these at the bottom. Have you clicked the info button on tiddlers and explored the info there?
Missing tiddlers and references can all be listed with filter operators and displayed using a view template item. I think one of the recent projects like tiddlyblink was adding more cross reference info on tiddlers. The new freelink plugin in the prerelease will find tiddler titles in text and provide links automatically. Anything is possible and I am not exadurating, the trick is understanding your question and putting it into tiddlywiki terms. The Relink plugin handles many references to Tiddler titles to work comprehencivly which shows almost any relationship can be identified.
