If you open "Religion (1) and bigotry" in edit mode, you see the custom
fields area at the bottom.
As you can see, I only created the custom field "book".
If you create the custom fields for what you see in viewtemplate i.e
author, source etc, and add the content these will show up too.
This syntax {{!!foo}} refers to a field titled foo and extracts the value
from that field.
