Hello Morris. I downloaded http://twt-treeview.tiddlyspot.com/ inserted the ToggleTiddlersBar tiddler. Works in my copy. Inserted <<tiddler ToggleTiddlersBar>> into your SideBarOptions tiddler. Also works there. Transclusion in Firefox also works. Sorry I have no idea where and how you inserted it? Need more info.
