I'm not sure what you are referring to. Roam shows a link to the page that 
backlinks to the present page, and transcludes the line  that holds the 
backlink. Mine does that in simple transclude: A link to the tiddler, and 
the contents of the tiddler (no way to limit to showing block levels. 
Tiddlers are considered block level in TiddlyWiki.)

If you mean that the references section to tiddler A should show the 
references section to tiddler B, that would create an infinite series of 
references sections, even if it could be done, which I don't think it can.
