Just a quick tip, searching for encode on tiddlywiki.com will direct you to 
a number of operators etc... for forming uri's and more.

Also, if you use macros and replaceable parameters, eg using $param$ or 
variables $(varname)$ it is often easier to construct final results as 
needed because they use simple replacement.
