Jeds instructions are very clear. go to the link https://ooktech.com/jed/ExampleWikis/GenericTagFields/ The first tiddler you see has the title "GenTags plugin" The first sentence is as follow: "This wiki is showing off the GenTags plugin. The plugin tiddler is here", where the word here is a link to the plugin. or you can go to control panel, plugins tab and be sure to find installed plugins.
