*Maybe refresh your browser? When I go to that link and hover on the button
in either the tiddler text or the viewtoolbar, I get a tooltip. When I
click the more menu, there is text next to the icon. Edit the tiddler and
you will see it has a description field and a content field. When I click
the button it does what it is supposed to, create a new tiddler with a link
to the originating tiddler.  So what exactly are you talking about?*
