[list[]] works replacing [enlist{!!list}] in everyone else's examples. So the easiest way to print the list of the current tiddler is:
{{{ [list[]] }}} As for your unicode directory name, I don't know what to tell you. I can't replicate the issue. Every single combination of escaped, unescaped, encoded, and decoded that I use on my windows machine all work using the directory name you passed me.
