If you're populating a for-view table by hand, then you're using TW as an editor, which really isn't its strong suit.
Generally, you'd want your data in tiddlers, and then build a table dynamically to display the info. That way you can re-use information, link to it, build sub-tables, etc. But, of course, if you're making some type of reference manual, then maybe that's not feasible.
