Add text:"" just after <<newTiddler, like <<newTiddler text:"" Close tiddler. Now the prompt should be gone when your create a new tiddler from the side bar options. If you are using some other button, then Note that the <<newTiddler>> may be used more than once in your particular TW. If you're using some other button than on the side panel, well, there are other instructions for making the change global.
