FYI with ordinary Tiddlers usually they just saved and you'd never see that 
message..

But there are some types of Tiddler that EXPLICIT save is needed. Usually 
this is when they need "compound save".

For instance any change in Control Panel needs explicit save, I think. Its 
a compound Tiddler.

This is not just a TiddlyDesktop issue.
