Solved! Adding Etag required got it working in an Incognito, and it turned out one of my extensions ClearUrls <https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clearurls/lckanjgmijmafbedllaakclkaicjfmnk> was removing Etag too! Double issue, but ll fixed now.
