@Jon Aha, good catch! I have no recollection of a separate tiddler named such so I'd think it is something much older, even before the version that was before version2. Or, considering it is not a system tiddler i.e not prefixed $:/, maybe it is some customizations someone (you, someone else, I?) has made to test something. Regardless, good you found it!
