Indeed a nice idea to make the search field also be a kind of editor. If you didn't see it, I made rQuickTid <http://rquicktid.tiddlyspot.com/> a few years back. It would be neat if there was a merge between NTFS and (something like) rQuickTid, i.e a single line input field that serves as search AND, if e.g enter is pressed, it expands into a multiline editor and the initial line is interpreted as the new tiddler title where additional tags and text can be added.
