This is an example of one of the forms that will be used to create the tiddlers. "huoltoraportti" is the tag that is common for all forms/ tiddlers created with these forms, "extra" is the tag that is common for all the tiddlers created with this particular form, and the input created from <input name="tekijä" ... > is the user input based on which the third tag is created. The example you provided is almost exactly what I want to do with my tiddlywiki. However, I do not understand how or from where the sorting script got the birthyears in your example.
