Always store the original title in a field like youtube-title (you can use bar and other special characters 2. Store the url in a field like youtube-url 3. Set the tiddler title to a a valid string which reflects the Youtube title but does not include special characters Next I would use templates to display this information in every tiddler. If I have to search then I would use list field to search in the youtube-title field.
