Don't use the "Save Page As..." command! This saves the currently loaded file which, because of the dynamic nature of TiddlyWiki, can be *different* from the file stored on the server. Use the steps I outlined, where you create a *link* with the URL for the current HTML file, and then use RIGHT CLICK on that link to get a popup menu.
