NOR is it an issue to do with CamelCase per.se. Rather, it illustrates the complexities of how human meaning is represented & reproduced. And that the underlying tech emerged mostly expressed in unaccented Latinate characters. There emerged a zillion extensions in OS to deal with that, but there is no denying that the first level up from machine code is distinctly: Unaccented European A-Z.
