For situations like that, I like using the brainstorming approach.
I've already achieve great results using it.

For instance, one should brainstorm relations about the name
MonkeyGTD. And since GTD itself is a problem, why not find something
similar? Like GeeTeeDee, GeekTeeDee, something with Geek, monkey,
banana, fruits, ape, getting, doing, stuff, completed, finished,
etc...

It would be a pitty to abandon the 'monkey' name so well known.
