I use a TW per student!
Of course this is simple wiki, so I use journal tiddler tagged meeting for
meetings! If there was two meetings or more I add a suffix to title like
subject of that meeting
e.g.:
8th March 2021 - Progress Report
8th March 2021 - Jam Pet Visit

So I always start a journal tiddler tagged meeting!
