Use what you will and discard the rest (below); i lost my detailed reply :-(

When things get fast and chaotic, i find *simple* is best for my brain.

My tiddlers are close to Randy Pausch's <https://www.cs.cmu.edu/~pausch/>
timelog: line based log with datestamps and keywords/tags that i access via
search or filters and lifecycle through Joe Armstrong's
<https://joearms.github.io/#Index> Chandler

if TW ever fades, i can still parse the lines for a meaningful archive

i use these and they have been proven helpful:

   - Joe Armstrong's Chandler implementation for action tiddlers
   https://joearms.github.io/#Chandler
   - insert <<list-links
   "[!is[system]search[$(currentTiddler)$]sort[title]]">> into any project or
   'student tiddler'
   - date stamp every line with Riz's timestamp toolbar snippet
   https://groups.google.com/g/tiddlywiki/c/UHt6GsMpyAQ/m/USFJxw68AQAJ
   - <<list-links "[!is[system]search[2021-03]sort[title]]">> to collect
   tiddlers from March 2021
   - <<list-links "[!is[system]search[MaryDoe]sort[title]]">> to collect
   tiddlers about Student MaryDoe

Have fun!

Best,
tony
