At the moment, yes. I was thinking that any given theme might have more or fewer. One could imagine (and I think Jeremy was alluding to this) picking two or three main colours and having an easy way to make lighter or darker, or more- or less-saturated, variations of those colours to keep the theme harmonious. It's not a perfect grouping, and it also might depend on preferences.
