That's correct, but another consideration is that the wiki will be fetched very frequently, so it's polite to make it as small as possible. I will add stats for the size of the wikis that are fetched so we could identify wikis that are carrying an unreasonable overhead, but for the moment we probably don't need to worry about it too much. The most important consideration is probably making your workflow as smooth as possible so that you've got every incentive to keep posting the links...
