I imagine (and would put time into) a structure as follows:

• Regular (weekly or monthly) Zoom-style facilitated meet-ups with break-out
rooms.
• Structured interviews in which community members present a piece of work
together with a podcast host (interviewer)
• Breakout rooms for those that want hands on demos and onboarding.
• Recording of presentations, that are the released as a podcast (feed)
• An informal WikiBar for those interested in hanging out and having informal
discussions.

I’d love to help host a regular weekly (or monthly) such event. It would really
need a small informal team of people to make it pleasurable.

We would explore together how to publish such a podcast in TiddlyWiki, and take
turns in presenting / hosting etc

Any thoughts?
