If you have installed
   http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#DatePlugin
then you can use the <<date>> macro, like this:
   <<date filedate "0DD-0MM-YYYY hh:mm">>

You might also want to install
   http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#RecentChangesPlugin
and then use
   <<recentChanges 30>>
to embed an interactive droplist form that lets you quickly preview
what's been changed in the document in the last 30 days.
