Thanks all - Very extensive answer,

I have used the scrip and/or <<date filedate "0DD-0MM-YYYY hh:mm">> to
indicate the file date
then using
<<recentChanges 1 summary>>
<<recentChanges 2 summary>>
<<recentChanges 3 summary>>

I get a clear picture of activity on the file.
