I can't see that happening. The entire bar is meant to be clicked on to toggle opening/closing the details widget. Having nested "clicky" areas would be a bad idea, I think.
It isn't about the widget being unable to do that. It is about the HTML foundation of the widget. A somewhat related good read: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_details.asp I kind of do what you are asking for in a different way.
