Note that the nodejs server does synchronize tiddlers from client to server, and from server to client. I believe the default refresh interval to get new changes from the server is about a minute if my memory serves me well. If User 1 is editing a tiddler, that creates a Draft tiddler that will get sync'ed to User 2's wiki.
