Thanks Mario, I really like the work you've done with MPTW and could
see the tweaks working in my own very nicely.

I can't, however, get the goto plugin to appear using any of the
advice I've been given and as a last ditch attempt wonder if it's
worth listing the plugin's I'm using as well as the layout.

If anyone would like to see what I've got and what I intend to do with
it I'd be best emailing it directly using screenshots as it is a
standalone wiki.
