the best thing would be to put a copy online so we could all see where
it is not working.

I would make a copy of your tw, delete all content you wish to remain
private, then upload to tiddlyspot and share the site here, that way
everyone is working from the same tw (so many flavors and versions out
there, with endless customization options - hard to tell why your
version is not working as desired)
