Alternatively, you could setup a "guest" login account that anybody could use to edit only certain tiddlers.
For that to work requires some trickery that allows only certain users to do certain things for certain tiddlers. It is a setup for fine-grained user-id/role fine-grained control which I seem to have working, but have no time to explain. Just know it can be done, just with tiddlers.
