Isn't that more of a browser question? Or are you asking how to install a plugin (ref. to that you state that you're a TW newbie) TW plugins typically clearly state if you need any "extras", particularly tiddlytool plugins. That particular plugin has 'build-in examples' so I'm guessing it should work straight off in the plugin examples provided everything else works in your system. Maybe you'd have to change a path or two (e.g from E: to C: or such).
