The installation of MediaPackage from TiddlyTools needs to be updated. The custom MediaViewTemplate refers to plugins, which are not in the package and the PlayerPlugin doesn't work in 2.6. I've tested it in FF 3.5, 3.6, IE 7 - 8 and Google Chrome. XP pro, Windows 7, Ubuntu (remix) and Puppy with same result.
