I am attempting to run TiddlyWiki on my windows 7 desktop which uses chrome for a broweser. I downloaded the program from (http:// www.tiddlywiki.com/) and unzipped the file. I have in that file an html called "empty" and a file called Tiddly Saver. When I open the empty.html I am presented with a blank page and no options or dialog for editing as reading the tutorials have lead me to believe should be.
