Also...
I just noticed that it only does this activity when the "slide >>"
option is active.
I am using the tag [[Investigate]] on some of my tiddlers which then
has the tag [[To Do]] so that they appear at the bottom of my
To Do tiddler as a list of stuff to investigate that I haven't had
time to yet.
These are items that some have links and one has an IFrame that links
to the TW.org website.
Another has an IFrame that links to Tiddlysnip.
---
UPDATE***
I just removed any tagging on the tiddler that contains the IFrame
link to Tiddlysnip and that seems to have cured it.
Though when I am in the Tiddler that I have made for Tiddlysnip
website the activity doesn't happen.

So now I know what was causing it.... I just don't know why and was it
bad.... other than it was annoying to see the progress bar being hyper-
active.

Sorry for the self diagnosis while asking the question. But perhaps
someone might be able to tell me what was going on.
