The TiddlySnip page is a TiddlyWiki with the c.statcounter code in the
MarkupPrehead tiddler:
On line 7125 it says:

The Diagnose minitag in the "Demonstration of the c.statcounter.com
activity" tiddler seems to trigger the iframe-tiddler causing the
c.statcountercode to be invoked...
