Being completely new to tw myself, I understand some of your frustration. But I've also had a couple of decades in IT, so in response to this frustration am creating a hands on TW tutorial that walks you through everything I've learnt. Be glad if you (or anyone else) would volunteer to be a guinea pig and provide some feedback when it is ready...
