I don't use w.tiddler variable
goto search: w.tiddler <shift><enter> returns
* CheckboxPlugin
* CoreTweaks
* DcTableOfContentsPlugin
* HtmlFormattingPlugin
* InlineJavascriptPlugin
It is DcTableOfContentsPlugin which causes the error.
I did systemConfigDisable and the error was gone.
