I agree on ThemedTiddlerPlugin, thanks for the reminder. Seems a
cleaner approach than using tags ...which I, too, would rather want to
reserve for semantic purposes. Plus, the plugin is really small, too.

On the other hand, ThemedTiddlerPlugin might benefit from a smart
toolbar-button that would allow one to chose from a number of
predefined themes via some select-list... which in turn might indeed
be tagged "theme" or "tiddlerTheme" and thus populate the select-list.
